Can I order from abroad?
We only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
What delivery times should I expect?
Delivery from the shipping date takes 1–2 days (Priority) or 2–3 days (Economy) within Switzerland. Internationally, the exact duration depends on the respective country and cannot be determined precisely. For Central Europe, it typically takes about 5–10 business days.
What shipping costs should I expect?
Our system automatically calculates the shipping costs based on the delivery address as well as the items ordered and their weight. The shipping costs are displayed before submitting the order.
Which shipping methods are offered?
The shipping methods Priority (1–2 days), Economy (2–3 days) and Express (<1 day) are available. We ship daily, Monday to Friday.
How can I see the status of my order?
Our system sends automatic email confirmations when the order is received, when the payment is received (Processing), and when the shipment has been dispatched (Shipped). Additionally, every customer can log in to their account and check the status in the order history. The tracking number can also be retrieved at any time in the customer account.
